PC Adam Bostock transferred from Area after falling out with his previous governor. Although only three years out of probation, Bostock thought he knew it all and intended to enjoy life to the max. He had a glib sense of humour and sharp tongue, sometimes making thoughtless remarks which caused resentment with other members of the relief. He could also lack a certain tact and diplomacy, but was keen to get the job done. He was in for a rude awakening though and did not last long at Sun Hill, leaving after only 9 months service.
