PC Beth Green arrives as Sun Hill's newest probationer. She joined the police because it satisfies her humanitarian streak – if she wasn’t an officer of the law, she’d probably be fund raising for a charity. Beth is disorganised, but makes up for it as she’s well-meaning.

She can relate easily with people and gets on well with anyone: Beth’s a people person. She’s unguarded and likeable.

Her nosiness proves to be a good quality, as whilst investigating she won’t leave a stone unturned. She also has an amazing eye for detail and an incredible memory, which will serve her well in her career.
