of The Bill are in for a gruesome shock next month when popular blonde
cop, PC Kerry Young is shot dead by the Sun Hill
serial sniper.The dramatic scenes will see Kerry tragically culled by a bullet, leaving her station mates absolutely stunned - as young actress Beth Cordingly bows out of the ITV1 police drama for good.
But, as a Bill source reveals to Inside Soap, the popular PC's final episodes will be shrouded in mystery.
While the identity of the sniper - who began bumping off random Sun Hill residents last month - will remain a secret, there are several suspects much closer to home than anyone expected.
"Kerry's character has more than a few enemies by the end of next month, so there are plenty of suspects under investigation" says the Bill insider. "Not only is she involved with the dodgy Radford family, she's causing trouble for a few of her workmates too. Her killer could be anyone."
Kerry's colourful career at Sun Hill certainly makes for a long list of potential suspects, both inside and outside of Sun Hill police station.
And as we reveal, there are more than a few potential killers lining up.....
