FORMER Bill star Mark Wingett is making a shock return to the ITV1 drama for Trudie Goodwin’s last scenes.

The pair played estranged couple Sgt June Ackland and DC Jim Carver in the show.

But Mark causes a stir when his character returns to Sun Hill, just as June is set for retirement with Rod Jessop.
