stars Angela Lonsdale and Hannah Waterman are off to The Bill,
it was revealed last night.
Former Coronation Street star Angela, is to play the ex-wife of DC Terry Perkins.
Her character Helen shows up after Terry (Bruce Byron) asks to see the kids he walked out on.
The actress is married to EastEnders actor Perry Fenwick - and she appeared in Coronation Street as policewoman Emma Watts before quitting in 2003.
Hannah,
meanwhile, will play Fern, the former squeeze of DC Mickey
Webb.
Fern arrives with her husband - played by ex-Holby City star Rocky Marshall - but needs her ex's help after becoming a victim of an awful crime.
One-time EastEnder Hannah, who played downtrodden mum Laura Beale, is engaged to former her co-star Ricky Groves in real life.
A Bill spokeswoman said: "We're thrilled to welcome Angela and Hannah to the cast."
