Sgt. Nikki Wright joins Sun Hill nick after a spell at Barton Street. She’s happily married to Doug (also in the job) and has two kids plus two step-children.

Nikki used to work in her mother’s hair salon where she got on great because she was such a good listener. She packed in the life of washing old ladies’ hair and her first husband for a life of excitement in the police service and her listening skills have served her well here too.

Nikki breezes through her working day and always leaves the minute her shift finishes; not because she doesn’t care – it’s just family is important to her too.
